Why aren't there specific prices for every service?
Every firm is different. Custom quotes ensure you're only paying for what your firm actually needs. The starting points shown reflect the most common scopes — your quote could be higher or lower depending on your specific situation.
Is hosting included in the Website Care plan?
No — your Website Care plan includes reliable hosting as part of your monthly fee. One invoice covers everything: hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, updates, and your monthly performance report.
Can I start with Presence and add more services later?
Absolutely. Your Presence package builds a professional foundation we can expand at any time. When you're ready to add SEO management, automation, additional pages, or any other service — we scope the additional work, provide a new proposal, and build on top of what's already in place.
Is client intake automation included or extra?
Client intake automation is built into the Authority and Legacy packages at no additional cost. If you're on a Presence package and want to add it later, we'll scope it as a separate project.
Do you require a contract?
Every engagement — whether a one-time project or a monthly retainer — begins with a signed contract and a detailed scope of work that clearly outlines deliverables, timelines, and expectations. This protects both of us and ensures we're fully aligned before work begins.
What are your payment terms?
For projects under $2,500, full payment is due before work begins. For projects $2,500 and above, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin with the remaining balance due before your site launches. Monthly retainer billing details are outlined in your contract and scope of work.
What if I already have a website I'm not happy with?
Schedule a strategy call. We'll review what you have and give you an honest recommendation on whether to rebuild or refine. A full rebuild isn't always the right answer.
