If we're a good fit, you'll receive a clear proposal outlining exactly what we recommend, why we recommend it, and what the investment looks like. No vague estimates. No surprise line items.

We begin with the Deep Listen — a focused discovery session where we learn everything about your firm, your ideal clients, and the practice you're building. This becomes the foundation of everything we create for you.

Before You Reach Out
Do you only work with law firms?
Our primary focus is estate planning, family law, and mediation firms. We also work with other professional service businesses including wellness practices, nonprofits, and small businesses where our skill set is a strong fit.
How long does a website project take?
Timelines vary based on scope and how quickly content and feedback are exchanged. Presence packages: 3 to 4 weeks. Authority packages: 5 to 7 weeks. Legacy packages: 8 to 12 weeks. Your scope of work will include a specific timeline for your firm.
Do I need to provide my own content?
No. Copywriting strategy is built into our process. For Authority and Legacy packages, we develop conversion-focused copy as part of the project. For Presence, we can work with content you provide or discuss copywriting as an add-on.
What platform do you build on?
We build exclusively on WordPress — the most widely used, most flexible, and most SEO-friendly platform available. Your site is yours completely after launch and you can manage it independently.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is included in our Website Care plans — Essential at $175/month and Plus at $325/month. If you choose not to add a care plan after launch, we'll make sure your site is properly set up with a reliable hosting provider before handoff.
What if I already have a website?
Schedule a strategy call. We'll review what you have and give you an honest recommendation on whether to rebuild or refine. A full rebuild isn't always the right answer.
Do you require a contract?
Every engagement begins with a signed contract and a detailed scope of work that clearly outlines deliverables, timelines, and expectations. This protects both of us and ensures we're fully aligned before work begins.
